@Alexis – You sure can. Go to http://www.pagerage.com and select any of the premade layouts that are categorized by theme. If those are still too busy for you, you can also create your own layouts using the layout generator tool – you can just create a layout using color, try it out and see if you like it http://www.pagerage.com/CreateBackground.aspx
