A Facebook ‘Like’ Greasemonkey script was rolled out to the masses yesterday. This script was developed by Matt Kelly, who works at Facebook, so you should know it works pretty darn well. This script enables you to ‘like’ any page on the web by placing a thin toolbar at the top of every site you visit. It’s a simple script that has been downloaded over 1,000 times since yesterday. Greasemonkey scripts require Firefox but users of other browsers can also use – Greasemetal for Google Chrome and Greasekit for Safari. The Birthday Exporter application allows members to quickly and easily export all their friends’ birthdays on Facebook into the iCal format. As I compiled this list it occurred to me just how clear it is what decade I am a child of…
Uno
I always forget how much fun Uno is! Its just a card game, but its great trying to strategize and outsmart the other players! (I’m not the only one who strategizes, right?) This is a multi-player game, but unlike other multi-player games its really easy to find other players to join in (I’m talking about you Scrabble!). And if the other players bow out or get disconnected, then the computer (or “Robot” takes over). Its great! Although a word to the wise… you have to click on the “Uno” button BEFORE dropping the second to last card. Otherwise you get called out for not calling “Uno!”
Family Feud
I know you can still find Family Feud on daytime TV, but this is so much better! You actually get to answer the questions! And then your friends compete against you in the Fast Money round. I love it!

Just last week, Facebook announced that they will officially kill the company’s Gift Shop on August 1st of this year. The Gift Shop sells: Virtual Gifts, E-Cards, Real Gifts, Charity Donations, and Music/MP3’s. Following August 1st, users received gifts will still be visible but the option to purchase will be obsolete.
So why is the company getting rid of the shop?
